SIA “Biroja Tehnikas Eksperts” is a Latvian company with more than 17 years of experience. Since 2009 it has provided businesses all over Latvia with complete solutions for everyday office life — from office equipment, its service and rental to stationery, paper, consumables and everything else an office needs.
We do not just supply what an office needs — we make sure our customers can take care of as many of their everyday needs as possible with one reliable partner.
Today the company employs 21 professionals, and three branches serve our customers — in Riga, Kuldīga and Liepāja. Our service and delivery are available all over Latvia and, by prior arrangement, across the Baltics.
Office equipment service
We repair and maintain office equipment from all leading manufacturers, and do most of the work right at the customer's office. If a repair takes longer, we provide a replacement machine, and all our work comes with a warranty. Every month — 150–200 service calls all over Latvia.

Toner cartridges we make ourselves
We make and refill toner cartridges in Latvia. A courier brings a full cartridge and takes the empty one away so it can be reused — less plastic ends up in landfill.

Office equipment rental
Our customers rent more than 400 printing devices, as well as paper shredders and laminators. We choose each machine individually, and throughout the rental period we take care of maintenance, repairs and consumables.

Consumables, paper, stationery, cleaning supplies, hygiene products, coffee, tea and drinking water. At our Kuldīga branch you can also see and buy products in person.

We offer office desks and other ergonomic solutions suited to both individual workplaces and fitting out company offices.
So that customers can see the solutions in person, we arrange visits to our office desk showroom individually.
