Fill in the request — tell us the machine or cartridge and how many you need.

We create a work order
As soon as we receive your request, a work order is created in our system.

A courier brings it
A courier comes to you with a new or refilled toner cartridge.

We take the empty one
At the same time we collect the used cartridge so it can be refilled and reused.
