Repairs at your office
We carry out most repairs on site. We have invested in professional technical equipment and tools so diagnostics, repairs and maintenance can be done properly right at your premises.

A replacement machine
If a machine has to go to the workshop and the repair takes longer, we provide a replacement so work carries on without unnecessary downtime.
Warranty
All the work we do comes with a warranty.
Equipment bought elsewhere too
If the machine is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, we arrange the warranty service and act as a single point of contact between you and the authorised service centre.

Frequently asked questions about service
Do you service equipment that was not bought from you?
Yes. We repair and maintain office equipment bought elsewhere too, and where needed we arrange warranty service through BTE.
Is the repair done at our office?
We carry out most repairs right at the customer's location. If a machine has to go to the workshop, we agree on transport separately.
What if a repair takes longer?
If a machine has to go to the workshop and the repair drags on, we provide a replacement so your business can keep working.
Do you travel outside Riga?
Yes, service is available all over Latvia. Our branches are in Riga, Kuldīga and Liepāja.
Is your old machine no longer worth repairing?
With rental, the machine, its service and consumables come in one monthly fee — no more thinking about repairs.
