SIA “Biroja Tehnikas Eksperts” has concluded agreement No. 17.2-5-L-2024/81 of 22.01.2024 with the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia on receiving support under the measure “Support for the digitalisation of processes”, co-financed by the Recovery Fund.
Within the project the company is acquiring a customer relationship management (CRM) system. The system will be used for processing customer information, providing certain financial management functions, assigning work tasks, measuring employee efficiency and other related functions.
SIA "Biroja Tehnikas Eksperts" has concluded agreement No. 9.2-17-L-2025/123 of 20.01.2025 with the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia on receiving support under the measure “Support for the digitalisation of processes”, financed by the Recovery Fund.
Through digital transformation, the company is introducing sales processes such as customer acquisition and deal management, sales and deal tracking, e-commerce, digital marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) — namely an e-commerce solution (an online shop) — to improve sales efficiency and expand the company's customer reach.
